For 8 years, I have had the privilege of managing complex digitization and POS implementation projects as an IT Project Manager and Deputy Team Leader at ventopay gmbh. Whether for well-known clients like Adidas, the European Central Bank, or LASK – my goal is always to bring structure to large undertakings and safely guide teams to the finish line.

What have I learned over the years? The best technology only works if it is made accessible to the people behind it.

Preparing and structuring complex digital processes in an understandable way and inspiring diverse personalities for a common project is what drives me anew every day.

Group Leader & Youth Leader at the Scouts Kronstorf

About me

Working with young people is absolutely close to my heart. For two decades, I have been active as a youth leader at the Scouts Kronstorf.

Whether it's the exploratory urge of 6- to 10-year-olds or the more complex life worlds of 13- to 16-year-olds: It fascinates me to accompany children and adolescents on their path, to promote their individual strengths, and to pass on values like team spirit and responsibility.

Constantly adapting to different age groups and their needs keeps me flexible – and seeing how young people outgrow themselves is the most beautiful success for me.

About me

Whether mountain biking through nature, jogging, or at the gym – sports are my balance and my source of energy. I rarely stay just on the surface: When something excites me, I dive deep into the subject matter, deal intensively with training theory, and even combine this with my passion for IT and app development.

Sports teach me discipline, endurance, and the will to keep learning. I also carry this enthusiasm for continuous development and a healthy, active lifestyle into my everyday life and my projects.

No matter how demanding a project is or how full the calendar gets – my absolute anchor is my family. The time spent together with my wife and our son gives me an incredible amount of strength and the necessary grounding.

Watching a toddler discover the world not only requires attention and a good portion of patience but also shows you every day how important empathy and a loving environment are.
